Pete Beck, Jr.

Pete was born in 1928 and was educated at the University of Alabama where he graduated in 1953 with a degree in Law. At 42 years of age the Lord saved him and called him into the ministry. Over the years, Pete was directly involved in planting four churches. He has been involved in an apostolic fatherly role to many other churches both in the U.S. and overseas. He traveled extensively in the U.S. and overseas helping build the body of Christ. Pete provided Masterbuilders with much wisdom gained over the years in both pastoral and apostolic ministry. He went to be with the Lord in 2022. He is greatly missed.

NEIL SILVERBERG

CO-FOUNDER

Knoxville, TN

In full-time ministry for over 40 years, Neil Silverberg has served as Senior Pastor, Bible teacher, author, and co-founder of Masterbuilders, an organization that provides leadership training and church oversight to a network of New Testament churches throughout the U.S.

His Jewish heritage as well as his dedication to Biblical study have contributed to his unique ability to illuminate the Old Testament as the basis for understanding the New.

He has been a father to four generations of pastors and church leaders through his one-on-one discipling and mentoring.

Jeff Oakes

Johnson City, TN

After being healed of a bone disorder as a teenager, Jeff surrendered his life to the Lordship of Jesus.

For over 25 years, he has been in full-time ministry. In 1996, Jeff and a team planted Hosanna Fellowship in Johnson City, Tennessee, with a desire to see the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Manifest Presence of God go forth in the Tennessee Valley. Jeff ministers around the world.

Pete became a follower of Christ during the Jesus Revolution in 1971. He was baptized in the Spirit the same year. He has been married for 50 years to Martha, the woman who led him to the Lord. They have four children, ten grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Pete is the lead pastor of Life Community Network in Burlington, NC. Translocally he serves the church as a teacher in the Body of Christ. God has used him internationally, especially to teach and impart the baptism in the Spirit. His main areas of interest are the Gospel, the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, the missional church, Biblical healing and deliverance, discipleship training, the New Covenant, the person and work of Christ, and freedom in the Spirit.

 

wilson caimares

Queens, New York

Wilson Caimares serves as the lead pastor at the Iglesia Misionera de Jesucristo (Missionary Church of Jesus Christ) and at the Iglesia Cristiana del Nuevo Pacto (New Covenant Christian Church) located in Queens and the Bronx, NY, respectively.

He coordinates the New York regional conferences and develops five-fold ministers in other countries. His vision and purpose are to help prepare leaders for the challenging work of the Kingdom of God.

Steve Fatow is from Jewish descent and has been in the ministry since 1971. Steve ministers internationally holding crusades and pastors conferences. His motivation and vision is to impact the nations through city-wide events involving the local churches. He is married to Sandi Fatow, who ministers in the prisons throughout the United States and has two children and eight grandchildren.

 

Mark Freer

Linonia, MI

In 1980, Mark became the pastor of Open Door in Northville, Michigan, the church is now called Grace Christian Fellowship and is located in Livonia, Michigan. He has served as pastor there for 38 years. Mark is truly a catalyst to the body of Christ. He is a gifted musician, teacher and preacher with a true message of grace, commitment to Christ and to one another. Mark became part of Masterbuilders in 1997.

God has used Mark to train leaders in many nations, Hatti, The Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Central and South America, Poland and Greece.

 

Mark Medley

Knoxville, TN

Mark Medley is a native East Tennessean who worked as an Electrical Engineer before coming on pastoral staff at Trinity Community Church, Knoxville, Tennessee in 1989. His duties have included developing worship and the arts, pastoral counseling, overseeing small groups, leadership development and teaching in many different capacities. In 2002 he helped to start Trinity College of Ministry, where he served as Dean of Student Affairs until 2011.

In his pastoral position at Trinity he works primarily in developing leaders and ministry teams and local and world missions. Mark is a Certified Strengths Trainer through the Gallup organization and a church coach through Ministry Advantage, an organization that helps churches create the practical means of realizing the vision that God has given them. Mark is also a Certified Mentor for church planters through Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI).

Detroit, MI

Mike Osminski planted Lord of the Harvest Christian Fellowship, a church on the border of Detroit and Warren, Michigan, with a burden to bridge the urban and suburban divide in this region. His heart has been to form a multi-racial congregation and ethnic partnerships that minister to the needs of the poor, seek justice for the oppressed, embody mission, and build on a foundation of the Gospel.

He is a co-leader of the Greater Detroit Partnership. He also serves as an advisor to the board of Alliance of Warren Evangelicals.
